The feeling after a homerunMy picture can be found on the url http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20090423&content_id=4394738&vkey=recap&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb. Albert Pujols was up to bat and before he went up he predicted he was going to hit a homerun. He told his fellow teammates that when he goes up to bat he was going to hit one out. The first pitch throw to him was a ball outside. The next pitch was a fast ball that hit the ground so Pujols just watched it go by. The count was 2- 0 He was getting ready for the next pitch but the pitcher threw the ball under-hand as if he was a softball pitcher. Pujols made a adjustment to the pitchers new arm angle, but the ball was traveling behind him towards his head but he still managed to jump in to the opposite batters box and swing his bat. When the ball made contact all you heard was a loud crack. The ball traveled 600 feet out of the stadium and into the streets where it hit an elderly women in the head killing her instintly.
